CA Dr. Dheeraj Sharma
Dr. Dheeraj Sharma is a Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur, and scholar with deep expertise in finance, sustainability, and corporate governance. He holds a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Sustainable Development, reflecting his commitment to promoting responsible and future-ready business practices.
He has completed advanced certifications in Business and Sustainable Development, Energy Resources, Economics and Environment from IIT Bombay, along with several prestigious post-qualification programs across diverse domains—ranging from Financial Accounting to Emotional Intelligence—at IIM Bangalore, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Kanpur. He is also a qualified Forensic Auditor and Sustainability Auditor, bringing a strong blend of analytical rigor and ethical oversight to his experience.
He began his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He serves on the Board of Studies of multiple universities and contributes to various committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), supporting academic development and professional excellence. He holds board-level positions as an Independent Director in reputed Public Limited Companies, where he provides strategic insight, governance leadership, and sustainability-focused guidance.
CA Mohit Joshi
Mohit Joshi is a dynamic and result-driven Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, controllership, reporting, and investor relations. He has experience of working with leading organisations such as Upflex Anarock India and CARS24, where he spearheaded critical financial functions, built strategic dashboards, and worked closely with promoters, investors, auditors, and senior leadership.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, Mohit has played a key role in strengthening internal controls, enhancing budgeting frameworks, and elevating governance practices. Recognized for his clarity of communication and collaborative leadership style, he has successfully mentored high-performing teams and supported strategic decision-making at organizational levels.
An active researcher and contributor to professional publications, Mohit regularly shares insights on finance, leadership, and emerging practices. He also serves on the boards of reputed Public and Private Limited companies, bringing his expertise to governance and long-term value creation.
